Deliciosos "lazos" de pasta/Delicious pasta "ties" - Una foto semanal, en domingo (11/52)

La pasta que incluye vegetales entre sus ingredientes es una alternativa excelente para una comida rápida, llamativa y sabrosa. Yo le agregaría que también es alegre por su colorido. Ésta contiene espinacas y zanahoria.
La salsa la preparé con carne picada (molida), montes, cebolla, ajo y caraotas (habichuelas) rojas. A la vista: un festival cromático. Al paladar: exquisita.

Pasta that includes vegetables among its ingredients is an excellent alternative for a fast, eye-catching and tasty meal. I would add that it is also cheerful because of its color. This contains spinach and carrot. I prepared the sauce with minced meat (ground), montes, onion, garlic and red beans. In sight: a color festival. On the palate: exquisite.
