Hello good evening to you all. How are you all doing today. I hope you are fine by the grace of God. My regards to @hive-193637 for this special contest. Indeed our daily activities matters. We all have what we did or what we do always when we are from bed till when we return to bed. I am here to talk about mine. So stay tune!
Early in the morning we all know that we have to rush the teeth first before doing anything else. But the time I woke up was too early for that. I woke up around 4:30am. I hope you will be guessing why I woke up at that time but a good Muslim or Muslimah won’t. It is compulsory for every Muslim to wake up around dawn to perform the fajr prayer. I read a couple verses from the Quran and went back to bed.
After I woke up again, I had to help in doing the house chores. I helped my mom in sweeping and mopping the room. I also washed the bowls and run some errands for my mother. You know the vibe between sisters. I had to beg my junior sister to help me wash the clothes. She didn’t want to and you can even see that from her face. The clothes wasn’t plenty though but I was already tired.
We are preparing for the wedding of our big sister. She is my mothers first born but my father’s second born. This means that my dad has a different wife whose child is older than our first born. Today being Thursday, we had to go get some drinks for refreshments on Sunday. It gonna be lit🔥.
As we first went to Hajia khadija, we had some of the drinks we want but one particular drink was short in town. We had to go to as many drink store as possible but we didn’t get. Alhaji buaru enterprise, it is one of the best mineral stores in town, very affordable. It is a very big store that contains everything mineral that exists. He has many branches in town which he could go and get or just call them to bring your choice of drink.
I was still in the wedding process. Going to the market to get some stuffs. I bought a lot of stuffs such as the rice, I bought two bags of USA rice which cost me about 1000 ghana cedis which is equivalent to 300steems. I went further to buy a two bowls of sugar and a box of tea which both also cost 100 ghana cedis which is equivalent to 30steems.
I bought fresh tomatoes, tomatoes paste and all that we need on the wedding day. I spent a lot of money and if not because I begged for the woman selling the sugar to reduce for me like I wouldn’t even have a cedis for lorry fare. In total, I spend my like 10000 ghana cedis which is equivalent to 3000steems.
I am the type of person who doesn’t like stress at all. In any case I just stress my self small, then I have to take medicine because my malaria won’t leave me. As I did a very tedious work the whole day, my head was aching seriously 😒 I had to go to a nearby pharmacy to get some medication 💊. Today is just a bad day for me. I had to also buy the medicine for like 100 ghana cedis and that is 30steems.
In the evening, after all the activities they expected me to cook after I just bought medicines from the pharmacy. But I didn’t mind them I was just sitting as if I was to die🥹and they decided to prepare plain rice with egg stew. The pharmacist said I should eat before taking the medicine. He also advised me to take a lot of water after and before bed. I was the first person to eat the food. I served my self and took my medication after that.
What is left? I can’t go to bed without observing my salaat. So I immediately entered the wash room to perform ablution but I had a second thought about that. So I just showered instead before performing the ablation. I prayed and went straight to bed. That was how my day went. I had a very stressful day😒.
I invite @ahamu @rid-wan and @imuniru38 to join this contest.
Thank you for reading
