In Game of Thrones, Dragons have existed for many years in Westeros and Essos. Dragons were first tamed by the ancient Valyrians.
According to legend, dragons originate from "fourteen flames" 14 volcanoes in valyrian.
Before the events of the Doom of Valyrian, the number of dragons was very large, even hundreds of them, but after that there were only a few dragons owned by House Targaryen.

On this occasion I will discuss all the Dragons that appear in the House of Dragon series.

Syrax

The first is Syrax, a yellow dragon owned by Queen Rhaenyra Targaryen. This female dragon has no previous rider, this dragon is also known to lay eggs, Queen Rhaenyra first rode it when she was 7 years old, because she was the first rider, this dragon had no experience in fighting.

Caraxes

The second is Syrax's partner, his name is Caraxes. This dragon is red and is owned by Prince Daemon Targaryen. Before Prince Daemon, Caraxes was ridden and owned by his father, Princess Rhaenys Targaryen.
This dragon's shape is like a worm with the nickname "The Blood Wyrm" its voice is also different from other dragons. This dragon is also very experienced in the battlefield.

Meleys

The third is Meleys "The Red Queen" This dragon is red and ridden by Rhaenys Targaryen is also one of the most beautiful and fast female dragons compared to other dragons. Its size is also very fitting, larger than Syrax almost the size of Caraxes. The design is also beautiful, there are horns and thorns like a crown on the head to the neck. The appearance of this dragon is very iconic at the coronation of King Aegon II Targaryen. Meleys was killed by Prince Aemond Targaryen who rode the dragon Vhagar.

Vhagar

Next is a very old Dragon, hundreds of years old. This dragon is very large and slow, dark green in color. Its first rider was Visenya Targaryen the conqueror then moved to Baelon Targaryen then Laena Valaryon until her death in the last rider, Aemon Targaryen. This dragon also killed Lucerys Valaryon, son of Queen Rheneyra, this is what sparked the civil war between the green and red camps in the main storyline of House of Dragon.

Seasmoke

Next was Laenor Velaryon's young dragon, a silver male. It had no previous rider, but after Laenor Velaryon died or faked his death, it lived on Dragonstone, which was later claimed by Velaryon's bastard son, Addam of Hull, who fought for Queen Rheneyra Tergaryen.

Vermithor

Next is Vermithor, an old dragon ridden by King Jaehaerys I Targaryen, but after he died this dragon had no rider, then Targaryen's illegitimate son, Hugh Hammer, was chosen as its rider who later betrayed Queen Rheneyra and turned to Alicent Hightower.

Dreamfyre

This dragon is owned by Helaena Targaryen, the previous rider was Princess Rhaena Targaryen, in the House of Dragon series Helaena never rode it.

Sunfyre

Next Sunfyre, the rider of Aegon II Targaryen, is known as the golden dragon. This dragon is very beautiful with its skin shining like gold. There was no rider before him and he was also very young and had no experience in fighting.

Vermax

Next is a dragon named Vermax ridden by Jacaerys Velaryon, he has been learning to ride it since he was a child. This dragon also has no experience in war, but has flown to Winterfall.

Arrax

This dragon was ridden by Queen Rhaenyra's son named Lucerys Velaryon. He died along with his rider killed by Aemond Targaryen who rode Vhagar and caused a civil war

Tyraxes

This dragon has just hatched and cannot fly yet, owned by Queen Rhaenyra's third son named Joffrey Velaryon.

Silverwing

Silverwing, a riderless dragon who settled on Dragonstone was later claimed by Targaryen's illegitimate son named Ulf White, he also betrayed Queen Rhaenyra.

Moondancer

The last one is Moondancer, in the House of Dragon series Baela Targaryen rides this dragon to patrol around Dragonstone from Queen Rhaenyra Targaryen's enemies.
