It's never too late to start over.

Time is indeed passing; some may believe that we are too late to implement our ideas. But it is incorrect because, even though we are late to get the first step of our dreams, we can fulfill them if we have determination. When I think about myself, I had a dream of starting a business when I became grown up women, but due to many obstacles such as my office work, financial problems, and caring for our children, I could not think about it more. Later, I decided to start it when my children grew up, but then I had to pay attention to their schooling, so there was no space to focus on my interests. On the other hand, as my husband was not eager for business, I kept it buried until l had a chance.

However, when I retired and my children grew older, I recognized that it was time for me to establish the business I had always desired. Then I spoke with my elder son, who encouraged me and promised to give his full support. Then I said that I had an idea to start a t-shirt business. He unanimously approved it and we started our business in a small way.

We purchased textile supplies wholesale and outsourced the cutting and dressmaking. The finishing t-shirts then we tagged and labeled in our house. Later we handed over them to textile stores for sale. It was become a personal project where my family and I could work together. My son is a software engineer and my husband is also a retired person; with the help of them, I was able to continue my business successfully. Today, my son gets the key role in our business as he is very capable for everything. However, I do all the administration part.

At first, we faced lot of challenges, and had to work hard. We had to understand how the business worked, identify reliable suppliers, and handle everything from our home. We continued our business while learning from our mistakes. However, as a family, we were gradually able to overcome all of the challenges.

The key to my success was the support I got from my family, especially my elder son. Even though we faced numerous obstacles, we never gave up and continued learning from our mistakes. Today, we are in a good spot; we are receiving more orders from a variety of textile shops, and we are making a lot of money.

Now you can understand that no matter your age or situation, if you are determined, you can always start over anything. It showed me that it is not too late to make a dream a reality, even if we start late.
