Hello everyone today is a very long awaited day with my friend because we have been chatting for a long time wanting to go fishing in the lake near the Islamic boarding school finally today my desire to go fishing has finally come true
However before I go fishing I first prepare equipment such as fishing rods, fishing hooks, bait and fish shelters or buckets after finishing all the preparations I finally went fishing
On the way to the fishing spot it felt very pleasant I passed through the vast expanses of rice fields the fresh air typical of the countryside made me very excited and accompanied by many birds flying like sparrows and other birds
After arriving at the lake or fishing sport the water looked calm with a little ripple because of the wind I immediately looked for a strategic spot under a shady tree so as not to get too hot
After I found a good spot I immediately put cricket bait on the hook After that I read a prayer and I immediately threw the fishing rod into the lake after the fishing rod reached the water I poured coffee into a cup to enjoy coffee while waiting for the fish to grab my bait
And the target fish I fished today is fish betok and snakehead fish because in the place where I was fishing, people said there were many betok and snakehead fish, but in the middle of enjoying my coffee, I finally felt a pull on the tip of the rod, I quickly pulled it slowly and it turned out that the fish had reached land, it looked like a betok fish about 3 fingers in size. I was very happy and immediately put the fish in the bucket so that it wouldn't escape again
After that, I put the bait on the hook again and immediately threw it again and not long after my fishing rod struck again, but it turned out that this time I got a fairly large snakehead fish, I went home and put it in the bucket again and immediately put the bait on and I immediately threw it again
After about 2 hours of fishing, I decided to take a break to eat the supplies I brought while enjoying the beautiful view of the lake, the gentle breeze made the atmosphere more comfortable after eating, I continued fishing again until the afternoon
And thank God I got quite a lot of catches, among others, the most I got was 15 betok fish and only one snakehead fish and thank God even though the results were less than satisfactory but my hobby for fishing never fades
From fishing we can conclude that fishing requires great patience but God willing the results are always satisfying if we never give up
