It is said in life there is always time forever provided we are still living by the grace of our Creator. I'm so happy to be sharing my before and after with you all via this amazing contest titled “Before and After”. Sometimes if I look at myself back then compared to now I will just look up and said thank you Lord.

The image below was me and my childhood friend Victor, our mums were the very best of friends and so we were like family, and even when my dad passed on the friendship between the two families never stopped. When I was going through my photo I saw the pictures so I decided to share with the world how we were back then and how we have grown up. And our friendship is still intact.

We are always together, to the extent we went to the same secondary school and even university. But while at the university, I studied computer science while he studied agric extension and the service separated us for a while. I have not seen him for about eight months now but we always communicate with each other.

The image below described my first year at the University, at that time I don't usually plead my hair due to personal reasons but as time goes on I made a friend who gave me a reason to make my hair as a woman. and since then I develop an interest in plating I found out that it looks good on me, especially the bob braids hairstyle.

Seriously, making hair was not my kind of thing also, doing makeup and other things women do,was not something that impressed me at all, provided I take care of my skin, wash my hair, and put on my clothes, I don't care about makeup and hair plating. Because I always feel it's a waste of time though how women spent hours making their hair.

The first time I did mark up was after my University that was during my friend's wedding, I never wanted to do it but my friend forced me to do it even if it is just for the wedding. After the makeup, I was feeling uncomfortable and my face was heavy due to the foundation and other makeup items which they applied on my face 😂 I look at myself in the mirror and I was like this girl has spoiled my face. But after some hours I was ok with it because I had no option and I can say that the lady who paint my face tried.

Lastly, this image below, was during my training at ISON experience, seriously this moment was a kind of thought for me because I will live my room by 6 am and come back home by 6 pm, sometimes I don't get time to dress well but after the training everything change.

I only spent eight hours at work and at least I have a day work off out of seven days.

In conclusion, change is constant in our day-to-day lives and we have to accept the fact that nothing lasts forever, sometimes we find it so hard to do things but when the result yields we enjoy it to the fullest and the world will be another face for us at that particular moment.
