Greetings to all my friends!!!

On this occasion I would like to participate in a contest held by my beloved friend @inspiracion in Muévete.

Previously, I would like to invite @ikwal, @teukuipul87 and @sriiza to take part in this contest.

Frankly, the phrase "You don't stop moving because you get old, you get old because you stop moving" is the first time I've heard it in my life. From this phrase I see a very deep meaning about the importance of being active, both physically and mentally, in maintaining quality of life as we age. We are invited to reflect on the relationship between physical, mental, and aging activities.

In this life, one thing that we cannot avoid is aging, although some people tend to be afraid of entering this age stage. They will make various efforts to cover up the aging that occurs to them so that they always look young, some are even willing to have plastic surgery. But without realizing it, a face and skin that looks smooth are inversely proportional to the physical strength they have.

Therefore, "Moving" is very important to do, this refers to physical activity. I can feel it myself at the age of 46, when I stop interacting with the world around me, either through physical activity or social relationships, then I will start to feel lethargic, less enthusiastic until finally I experience a decline in quality of life. Currently I choose to keep moving by relying on myself as often as possible in a photocopying business and selling stationery providing services to consumers, there are many movements created there.

In addition, my activities in the cocoa garden that I routinely do every afternoon require a lot of movement which is certainly beneficial for my body. Cutting grass using a machete, walking around the garden while monitoring the development of cocoa plants are physical activities that I often do every day. I can feel from the physical activity that I do that there has been an increase in blood circulation in my body.

As a former soccer player, I can't stay still without doing movements in my body. Although now there is almost no time for sports activities to do because of activities at the workplace, so as a substitute I do movements as I have mentioned above. The effects of physical activity that I do every day not only increase blood circulation in my body but also strengthen bones and muscles.

Lack of activity or social interaction is believed to accelerate the aging process, but rest assured that the aging process is not only about increasing age, but more about how a person takes care of themselves and maintains physical activity in everyday life. Start being active in all aspects of life, both physically, mentally, and socially. By continuing to move, we not only slow down the aging process, but also improve the quality of life.

Hello friend, how beautiful the cocoa plantation is, it shows that it is well cared for, if I work it is very strong and it is a way to keep our body moving.
