This time I want to participate in the contest that my dear friend @miyexi held in Concurso: Tiempo de soltar

Previously I would like to invite @teukuipul87, @fajrularifst and @ikwal to participate in this contest.

Not everyone can let go of emotional control well, this is because they think it is a difficult step. In fact, letting go of emotional control is very important for a person's mental and emotional well-being. Sometimes we have to struggle with mixed feelings such as anger, anxiety, and even feeling depressed because we have to fight every aspect of our lives, be it situations, other people, or even our own feelings.

Letting go of this control does not mean giving up or avoiding responsibility. But this is a process where we have to accept the fact that there are things beyond our ability to control. Allowing ourselves to feel feelings without restraint can bring deeper inner peace to ourselves. Avoiding discomfort or pain is one of the reasons why we need to always control our feelings.

Letting go of emotional control means giving ourselves space to feel what we feel without guilt or fear of the consequences. We often feel anxious when trying to control a situation so that nothing goes wrong or angry when holding back those feelings so as not to offend others. Often this effort to control emotions actually backfires on us because of holding back feelings that can cause stress and tension. I myself often experience situations like that. Even with situations like that, there are people who experience more serious mental health disorders.

By letting go of control, we give ourselves the opportunity to experience our feelings fully and then let them go, without letting them dominate our lives. As I said earlier, it is giving ourselves space to feel what we feel without guilt or fear of the consequences.

Start all of this process by paying attention to ourselves, listening to our bodies and minds without judgment. Give ourselves space to feel when we feel angry, anxious, or sad without having to criticize ourselves for those feelings. The next step is to learn not to identify ourselves too much with those feelings. Emotions are temporary experiences that come and go, not our identity or identity that is attached to us.

We must trust the process of life. Don't organize everything in our own way, including how other people should act or how certain situations should go because we cannot control what happens outside of ourselves. In essence, by letting go of this control, we learn to accept the fact that we can only control how we respond to the situation. This is a form of self-empowerment towards emotional freedom, where we are no longer enslaved by the feelings we try to control, but we can live more authentically and peacefully with ourselves.

Finally, the advice I can give here is "don't let your attention to do what needs to be done be diverted by emotions, Control our emotions so that our emotions do not control us".

This is my participation in this edition of the contest, I hope my friends like it. Thank you!

Kind regards,
@yuswadinisam
