I hope you will be fine and enjoying the blessing of Allah Almighty and will be benefiting.Allah has given us many testy and delicious fruits and vegetables.These vegetables and fruits has different taste and colour.there are four seasons and every season has its on specialities.One day I read magazine ,suddenly I saw the pictures of strawberries that's look very amazing and attractive.So,I collect the information and research it.After that I feel must share with you.
The garden strawberry is a widely grown hybrid species of the genus fragaris,collectively known as the strawberries which are cultivated.
Plant strawberries in spring or fall base on you growing zone.In ground gardens rasied beds ,and container are all excellent growing areas.The doctors says, strawberries are excellent source of vitamin C and maganese and also contain decent amount of folate vitamin B9 and potassium .Strawberries are very rich in antioxidants and plants compounds.Medically approved that may have benefit for heart health and blood sugar control.
While strawberries are a health ful addition to any diet ,people looking to eat them should do so in moderation.Fruits typically are highly in sugar despite their nutritional benefits.There is also risk that strawberries may contain pesticide residue for skin.
They have stong astringent,anti_inflammatory ,and anti _oxidants properties that treat burns protect your skin from ultraviolet rays ,and delay ageing.Strawberries are packed with alpha _hydroxylic acid that can help you get rid of dead skin cell.Those who have acne can use strawberries to get rid of the skin condition .strawberries are very useful for us.it is rich of health.it is very useful for us.
Strawberry's mainly consists of water 91%and carbohydrates 7.7%.They contain only minor ammounts of fat 0.3%and portein 0.7%.
When I looked around us and see these blessing of Allah I am very greatful to Allah that give us these delicious things .Allah is very merciful and kind.We should always thanked of Allah for these blessings.I share my informations with all of my friends.I hope that all of my friend like it.Thanks.
