"Who?" some may ask. Frederick Nathaniel "Toots" Hibbert was the founder and front man of the legendary Jamaikan Reggea and Ska Band "Toots & The Maytals" since the early 1960s.
Toots & The Maytals are even credited to have coined the name "Reggea" in their 1968 song "Do the Reggay"
Toots & The Maytals produced countless Reggea classics and influenced the entire Reggea genre and it's artist.
