I didn't post any music for quite some time. Almost a month! ๐Ÿ˜Ž

But Iโ€™ve listened to quite a bit, so I have some new songs for me, and some old nostalgia or covers.

If you like the selection it's fine, if you don't like it it's ok, too.
You have heard this saying: Musical tastes are different and are not discussed ๐Ÿ˜Ž.

Dead Moon - A Fix on You

In memory of the late singer and guitarist. Fred Cole, the leader died in 2017. I watched them live twice.
Certainly one of the more underrated bands playing raw, uncompromising and honest garage punk with rock and blues influences.

Filter - Hey Man, Nice Shot

New band for me, this is an official single from first album somewhere in 1995. Solid rhythm, guitar riff goes very quickly to the ears, a good rock piece.
I don't know what happened to the band later, maybe I'll make a research ...

Papadosio - Shiitake

Something fresh and new, electro beat with nice funky and jazzy inserts. As I read, they're jam band, mostly play live and improvise intensely. Cool.

Magma - De Futura

This piece by a French progressive band was recorded in 1976 and if you listen carefully you can hear quite a few newer, more famous bands in it, such as Primus, Kyius, Porcupine Tree, King Crimson and more.
They have never had any notable commercial success, although they persist in the changed lineup even now.

MeZerG - Riders On The Storm

This is one of the craziest covers I've ever heard!
One man band rides on the storm! Ray Manzarek would be proud :)

Samalas - MCCLVII EP (full album)

Samalas is a new music collective from Niลก, Serbia and this is their first EP released in june 2020. They upgraded classical rock music with psychedelia, jazz and afro beat inserts. John Zorn is heard in the moments.
The sound picture is impressive and Iโ€™m sure it wonโ€™t leave anyone indifferent. I highly recommend it.

Hidden Orchestra - Archipelago

This is full album stream, recorded in 2016. Sounds like music for movies but itโ€™s not. Relaxing and stimulating.
Sophisticated, funky, and eclectic at the same time. A dream musical journey worth listening to from start to finish. Treat yourself.
