Rebuild United States Through Architecture

    June 2020, is a new transition of the United States, through which its goal to retain the United States’ originality, however, there is a lack in knowing the order to improve, rebuild, advancing the United States. In many fields, Architecture can play a huge role in rebuilding the United States.

We must list the issues and problems the United States faces in which architecture can fix to retain the United States from corruption to reform its stability.

The United States is facing problems in housing systems and apartment renting / buying, yet the bankrupt issue that halts many housing loans, however, this problem can be resolved by architecture by designing and innovating an affordable housing system in which can hold up to 100 to 150 families per project, and primarily for the limited income people, in which it will relieve them from the high-cost market of the apartments, and from the renting fees. 

Poor and low-income is a major issue all over the world, yet in the United States and through architecture we can acclaim away or order to retain the normal and even living for these people. Architects and Engineers can correspond together in order to create a new social housing and commercial system to provide a new living system for these people, not to forget to provide them with all social needs (Hospitals, Police departments, Fire departments, Schools and Educational systems …etc.) and all of that can be achieved through well-organized urban planning and ruling.

We talked about new housing systems, new urban planning rules, yet not forgetting the issue of high-cost materials. This problem is a major one, but since the building material markets in the United States is wide open for all materials, not abiding through certain type or system, so many materials can be replaced by other for financial issues of the project, providing an example of partitions of an apartment can be used with concrete or wooden boards rather than concrete masonry blocks which can save up to 25% of building cost.

Architects are also blamed for social problems like illiteracy and uneducated people since its there job to provide and build schools and educational systems for the city, town, or village. In the United States, we see hierarchy between the regions and governorates of the United States, for example, in places we see 15 schools in one city while other cities have non, also the issue is applicable in fire departments and police departments, and this can cause social problems in the.

Warehouses and parking are very important buildings for the urbanism, misusing both buildings can really affect the city badly. In wars and crisis issues, the United States’ lack of warehouses that lead to starvation due to non-stored food and health products. Also parking, architects and traders used to sell the building parking for-profits, neglecting the importance of parking on the side of the building and the society, so that the city is drowned with cars and traffic, which leads to pollution and over-populated cities.

Public Services such as vans, taxis, and buses all can provide a well-organized city system, in which this can affect positively the people in many aspects of life, financially, naturally …etc. yet these important services that the United States really lacks is affecting negatively in many regions in the United States.

So the listed-up major problems that architects, urban designers can provide can rebuild the United States for a bright future, yet it needs patron minds to volunteer in order to rebuild our country all new again.
