Dear Diary
After using the whole of Sunday to rest I woke up feeling some discomfort, the weather is still as cold as it has always been
It keeps raining cat and dogs by the day, now I can’t tell if the feeling is as a result of the cold weather or if I am falling ill
When I got off from my bed without taking breakfast or coffee I set out to the hospital, I visited the teaching hospital closest to me, it is called university of Benin teaching hospital
After the test conducted on me the doctor said that I was fine, he did malaria and typhoid test and I was asked to go
He prescribed some medications for me to take when I get home

On my way home I stopped over at Nadia Bakery to get some bread, my favorite bread is coconut bread sometimes I opt for sardine bread also

When I got home I had breakfast and then I took a very long nap
I woke up buzzing with energy, I took my kits and went to do something I haven’t done in a long while, I went to play street football
As expected my game was whack, everyone was extra fast I couldn’t catch up with the flow of the game, they made fun of me but there is nothing I can do about it
My fitness level have dropped drastically and I have been eating like the world is going to end tomorrow, from this I am now sure that I will continue with the officiating part of the game than actually play the game
You need to see me panting on the field of play like I would faint but at the end of the day I had fun and the guys did too
When I got back home I freshened up and when to have a friendly talk with my friends in the hostel, it has really been a longtime, we just needed to do some catching up
I went back to my apartment at 1:00 am to sleep
