I have learnt our style of eating here in our Ghanaian community. Lately people eat according to their taste and preference, which aren't helping their health status. Could you imagine yesterday I was chatting with a friend that she said she can't eat. I inquired why so, only to know that some of these vegetable and fruits mentioned here aren't her preference, but she likes the creams, cans and already package foods. By the way, thanks for this great education about our health.

Yes you have said alot, @oppongk we eat according to our taste. The fact is health education is undermined and it is a very big problem, i just hope we get to see more values of eating right , most especially eating fruits and staying healthy. How is the situation in Ghana now?
