Hurray!!! We have left the formative stage at the whatsapp level and now we're finally here. This is to officially unveil and introduce to the steemit community the newest team TEAM 6 @team6-nigeria ready for #thediarygame set to kick off come 1^stAugust 2020.

With the Diary game season 2 a challenge/contest put together to celebrate 1000 days of steemit's existentence, we the members of TEAM 6 have been working hard to set our house in order and ready to get the ball rolling. Luckily for us, our members aren't exactly newbies. However, we are all still learning the ropes of this commmunity but we have been able identify our individual strengths and deviced means to be able to play down our weaknesses via team work.

MEET THE TEAM MEMBERS

Well unluckily for us, we are scattered across the African state Nigeria and what this would mean is inability to organise collective arrangements for a sigular meet up at a singular location. Now before you begin to think it twice, we have thought about it and have put it upon ourselves to grow the satelite communities in which and around where we stay individually. What this means is; Our team which is made up of 5 steemit users namely...

He'll be functioning in the team as its UPDATES LEAD in charge of informing the team on any new changes or additions to #thediarygame bringing in tips and keeping the team updated. Mr George Francis, a Chemical Engineerinf student of the University of Uyo Akwa Ibom state, South-South Nigeria would be directing his energy and talent prowness in blowing tye trumpet of our team. He'll bs functiining as the team's PROMOTION LEADER. He's acquired so much that has given him that social stance to be able to promote us on steemit chain and on other social media platforms. TEAM's AIM

In line with the vision of @steemitblog and other members of the steemit team, for steem to take over the web space we must RECRUITE | RETAIN | REWARD. Well, we also thought it wise as a team to include ENGAGE.

RECRUIT
The blockchain and crypto system is as wide as the sky, there is space to everybody. As a matter of fact the more users the merrier as the influx of buying and selling of cryptocurrencies would stregnthen individual currencies alike steem. Hence the need to encourage the recruitment of new users to join the wagon now as we push steem to moon. And what better way to to ensure this than to be a medium ourselves. This is why we as a team have put it up in our to-do lists to regularly bring in new users into the community. We have been brainstorming and is still working out modalities to make this happen as soon as possible.

RETAIN
We have noted that the best way to keep someone on track especially on something new and strange to him/her is to ENGAGE them. It goes beyound looking them up and talking them into liking the alien platform that they are yet to recognise its opportunities but as we continue to engage them in the comment section and also give them fun task to do they soon begin to see reason to stay and use the platform for the right reason bearing in mind steemit is also a social media where we promote interaction.

REWARD
While putting our team together Mr stephen @adunniade kept complaining about why he's #thediarygame membership post waa Naked. He used the term naked to describe that it had low traffic and upvotes. True as it might be, for newbies the first set of curating trail they are exposed to are @steemitblog, @steemitcurator01 or @steemitcurator05. We realised that as much as the team would continue to participate in the #thediarygame it would continue to power up its daily rewards to increase its steem power (SP) which would in turn increase the voting manna that would be used to upvote our individual posts and also othed newbies accounts.

The right REWARD would RETAIN any RECRUIT.

It is our ernest desire that you would look out for the activities of team6-nigeria because we're set to thrill you and give you an exposè of the activities of Nigeria as an African state.
