For me, some days just run by. Even when I can pick out important things that I've done throughout the day, I wouldn't feel fulfilled. However, today was different.
I woke early. To be precise, it was around 4:30 am. I took out my to-do list. It was going to be the first time in a long time that I followed my list judiciously.
Meanwhile, I suck at doing things in order. So today was an absolute miracle. The last time I followed a plan that I had laid out, I can't remember.
This is what my list looked like for today;
Workout
Walk the dog
Write a couple of articles
Read a bit of Harry Potter.
You would notice that I didn't tie any time limits to my to-do activities. If I had, I might not have been able to come through with my plan. I wouldn't advise anyone to do as I have done anyways, because what works for me wouldn't work for any other person.
Reading Harry Potter always gives me joy. It's like I get sucked into the magical world. I always imagine myself floating around the great harry potter as he tries to save the magic world from the perilous Tom Riddle. For me, It never gets old that book.
My work out? I should have mentioned how that went earlier. I do calisthenics. I got hooked with the amazing online movement back in 2017. Today was for my back and biceps. So, after warming up and stretching. I started the workout. I did one-arm pull-ups, weighted pull-ups, and wide pullups.
The most superhuman type of these exercises is the one-arm pull-up. It requires immense strength in the back and biceps. Just in case you're wondering how I'm able to pull it off, I've been training for three years now.
I'm beginning to get super drowsy now. Those calisthenics exercises were totally exhausting.
