I have been given land to construct a public tennis court in Mukono, one of a local district area in Uganda. I explored the land. The chairman of the area has 10 acres of land. I shared with him the idea of having a tennis academy and he gave me his two kids to train them this tennis sport.

I have been running this tennis academy for over 3months. The kids in the area have benifited alot from this academy as they have learnt how to play the sport and it has kept them active engaged thoughout this time of the lock-down since they have been so inactive at home.
The chairman of this region is a visionary man who has a plan of investing in leisure activities. He is looking forward to having lots of sports activities happening on his land such as soccer, tennis, volleyball and so on.
Lucky enough I met him and we right away connected because of the amazing idea I have for the region in engaging the community he is leading in the tennis sport activity. He granted me permission and even supported me with a free temporary tennis ground where to kick start the kids tennis training initiative.
There is going to be a need to level the ground. We shall have to use some tractors to do so.
Constructing a tennis court is a huge project that requires 10s 000' of dollars to have it executed. I am going to be working with a group of tennis fans inorder to see that this work goes well. I will also be running some fundraising initiatives on various social media platforms inorder to gather up enough money for its execution.
shifting to a new house
Dear steemit team, @steemitblog @steemcurator01, I am shifting to a new house and I need some money to pay up rent for that new house where I am shifting to. It's a challenge before me as I have no money on me to execute this plan. I am powering down 1/4 of my steempower to have this issue resolved as I look forward to settle down the expenses for this new house such as the rent bill and other expenses that will be needed.

That is really a tough decision to make on powering down to steem power to settle this issue. But if that is the only alternative, I think you can go ahead with the powering down.
