We all have our best days of the week and even when we make thorough research, we will find out that some people like Monday while so many of us do not really like Mondays because we always have a lot of work to do.
A best day to me is a stress free day, a day that everything goes well and I would not have to stress myself too much.
What is my best day of the week?
My best day of the week is Thursday. Back then, my best day used to be on Sundays but things changed now. I’m in the labor market and whatever my best day will be is any day that I’m off at work or any day that I would not have so much to do.
On Thursdays, there is a program called the environmental sanitation which happens from morning 8:00 am to 10:00 am.
For the market women or people like me who have shops, it means that we should not come out to our shops till after the program around 10:00 am.
This means that I will be able to sleep all I like from night till the next day.
Why do I like this day?
It’s my best day of the week because it is a soft day when I don’t have to do much. I will get to the shop by 10:00 am and when I get there, I don’t need to shade so much goods outside because it is like a half day already.
Secondly, there are some kind of customers who come to my shop on that day. Every other day may be very stressful and so many customers may be at my shop to the point that I will have to eat very late but on Thursdays, only my big customers who would not even stress me come to my shop.
For some market women, they sometimes call Thursdays a dry day be because it is a half day. On Thursdays, I close very early from my shop. And when I get home, I will be able to relax myself properly and that makes it my best day.
If we compare my best day to other days, the difference will be a lot. On other days, I will have to wake up as early as 6:00 am and sleep as late as 12:00 am because of my work, the time I get home and the things I do at him.
Therefore, Thursday is my best day.
