The Diary Game #59: Share your day with us! || What My Monday Looked Like.

Hello ladies, I am Gbadamosi Bisola from Nigeria. I feel very good to share my diary with you all today. Today is Monday which I usually regard as the most stressful day of the week and usually, I always have a lot of work to do today. Also, I eat very late because of my Monday routine and I’m the type of person who never eats until she is done with her tasks.

My day started finding out that there was no water in my drum. I barely had enough water to take my bath. I took my bucket to go fetch water outside but when I got to the woman who sells water, there was no water in her tank too because we haven’t had light for days and there was no way for her to pump water.
I managed the little water in my tank and I took my bath. I got dressed up and went to the shop. I’m actually the kind of person who usually take morning selfies while going to my shop but this time, I didn’t because I was quite late for shop so I rushed there.

Mondays are usually stressful but I’m determined to do all what I want to do very fast so that I can eat on time. I started to shade my goods so that my customers can be aware that I’m at the shop. Lo and behold, my customers started coming to buy from me. I was actually happy about it because I needed some money to go get goods but the customers came at one time. I had like three customers right in front of me at a time.
By the time they all left, the time was 10:09 am. I arranged and swept the shop but some other customers came again and when I checked the time, it was 12:03 pm.

I could not cook anymore. I had no choice than make tea and eat bread. I had a short rest until my customers started to come again. Also, it wanted to rain and I was forced to pack some of the goods I arranged outside back into the shop.
I thought the rain will be heavy but it wasn’t. I had to put two bowls outside so I can use it to wash my shop when I am going home it night.

For lunch, I had this chips. I didn’t want to eat anything because I wanted to make a very delicious dinner at night.

I still sold some more goods before going home. I could not wait for night to come because I wanted to use the toilet.
I closed my shop early by 7:00 pm and got home to make a delicious Jollof Rice. For Jollof Rice, it is an African food but I’m sure it is eaten in other places too.

I then watched movie so that I can have a wonderful night rest. That’s what I do every night and I did so that I can have a very beautiful night. I’d love to bless you all with my picture.
