THE DIARY GAME OF 07 /04/2023 :CONSTRUCTION WORK IN THE KINGDOM HALL

Greetings steem Cameroon community,
Am happy to post my dairy game, and is my first time to post here.

Morning

I woke up today early morning at 5:00am, I was having body pain which gave me some sleepless night, as a result of yesterday work, so I did my morning routine which include, pray, do my morning excecise,then take a glass of water to flush my body system. I took my bath and immediately rush out to go and complete my work,

When I got to work I change to my working cloth, am wearing my helmet on my head to protect my head from any falling object, then my eyeglasses to protect my eyes, my hand gloves to prevent any hard object to Pierce my hand, them my leg boots to avoid stepping on any object on the floor. Now am trying to loose all the stitches on the iron.

After I have loose much of the stitches I will start cutting them too so that it will be of the same length and it will be easy for others to use it and work with it.

When I was done cutting the iron I decided to go and rest for like 50minutes and while resting I took my lunch,I ate garri with eru soup so I will have more strength to continue my work. After resting I went back to continue my work which I work for more 4hours and then close for the day.

Afternoon

On my way home I bought some fruits which includes, water melon,pawpaw,apple, cucumber so that I can make some fruits salads. When I got home I took my bath and prepare my fruits salads and put it in the freezer so it will get cold.

Evening

After relaxing for a while I brought out my fruit salad and dish some in the plate and take them for my dinner, later for about 30minutes I drank some pain relief drug so it will help and also make me sleep well at night.

My day was very interesting and full of joy because I meet different people at work and also have many other experience.am happy.
