What are the changes you think this day has brought to your community?
The International Human Solidarity Day has definitely brought many positive changes to our communities in Nigeria. Many People now genuinely understand the importance of always helping each other and the sharing of resources.
- More children do participate in community service, like in visiting the elderly or in helping the less fortunate ones. Schools do often times organize interesting fun events and many other activities to teach the students about kindness and of course teamwork, creating a spirit of unity as family.
Who are the active promoters, and what do you think can be added to have more impact on your community?
Many of the organizations and local leaders work so hard to promote International Human Solidarity Day. The Schools, community groups, and the non-profit organizations often hold events to help raise awareness.
- To also have even a greater impact on lives, we could do well to introduce more fun activities like the art competitions, storytelling sessions, or even sports events focused on friendship and cooperation.
Getting more of our children involved in planning these amazing events can massively help to impact spreading the message of solidarity, making it even more fun and much exciting!
I invite @goodybest, @nsisong2022 and @jozzie90. Of course with these people, the International Human Solidarity Day is made in ambiance.
