After Leah found herself in the city of Buea precisely in Limbe, she stressed in locating the address that was copied and given to her by her father. So she didn't know anyone in limbe since its her first time in town and unfortunately, it began to rain cats and dogs and she got wet while trying to take a hide under a small shelter at mini market. Rain soaked her bag and the paper with written address got wet and information got lost. [This is the first sign of suffer]. Leah while waiting for rain to seize became very exhausted and hungry. She had just 2000frs in her pocket and so she managed to buy roasted plantain and plum then ate. It became dusk and she had no where to sleep ao she found herself in a garage and pleaded with the owner of that garage that she wants to wait for her uncle to come take her meanwhile she actually wanted a place to sleep. The man accepted but later in at late hour, strange guys came in smoking Leah got their voices they were 4 in number 2 left and went to drink their alcohol while smooking and chasing after prostitutes. The other two were there talking and unfortunately one of them named Alex and he was Leahs ex classmates back then in the village. So, while Alex's friend went to urinate and where he actually went to in the dark spot was where Leah was sleeping and he noticed a young girl was there. Leah out of fear couldnt shout at same spot and this guy under the influence of alcohol tried to force himself on this poor girl since she had little breast shootimg out so Alex heard a voice of a girl on reaching there, he found his friend already having force sex with this poor child and he immediately pushed his friend off and there was a fight there. After saving this poor child, he took her to his hut and on looking at her, they knew each other. Leah busted out in tears😭. Alex felt bad and narrated how life treated him while he left village in search of greener pastures. He guided Leah the following day, she took her cloths and washed then dried them up. Later in the evening, Alex who knew everywhere in town took Leah to her uncles place. Her uncle was surprised and asked her whereabout where she had been because he received a call from her dad that Leah left for town already. As if thats not enough, after the trauma she encountered, her uncles wife didnt welcome her aswel as her children. She was given a room to sleep and she had something to eat given by her uncle. So, she was nadly treated by her uncles wife Mrs Mba whenever her uncle steps out of the house for work she wont be given food talk less of when he travels. So Leah started schooling as her uncle promised his brother. One day, her uncle traveled to Douala and spent months there and within this two months, Leah was like a slave she cooks hard food like fufu before going to school in the morning and even when she finished up, she will be asked to wash plates in uniform before going and she finally goes to school late. This kept on happening. One day, Alex came around to greet his friend and unfortunately, Mrs Mba was not at home so 5 minutes later, Mrs Mba came in and found Alex at home with Leah and she lied to her uncle that she caught Leah having sex in the house with a guy inside her room🤦‍♀️. Alex was speachless and Leah cried that its a lie but who will believe her?? As Mrs Mba united with her kids and they all convinced their dad that hes waisting his money on Leah. Leah was sent parking out of the house so, Alex took Leah and they lived together. She had no where to go to. She soled groundnut, while Alex did motor boy and tried sending Leah to school.

SEVEN YEARS LATER

Leah succeeded in her advanced level and went through university with support from Alex. Her uncle had looked for Leah no where to be found but he couldn't tell his brother because he will die of stroke. Her uncles children 2girls became prostitutes nimber one in town and the lone boy child was a drug dealer. Leah and Alex had gone just through alot and so, they later on fell in love. Alex was a driver anf Leah found a job she served as a secretary in an oil company. So one day, Leah she could recognize her cousins she picked one of them up by name Rosita and when she introduced her real self to Rosita, she busted out in tears asking Leah to forgive her. While they went with Rosita, Alex took them to see her father then he was shocked to see Leah after a very long time. He cried and pleaded Leah to forgive him but she had forgiven them even before leaving the house in pain. Alex abd Leah went to the village and paid a surprising visit to their parents and they got married.

Never treat a child bad because he/she is not from your womb. You never know what is coming ahead of you.
