Morning.
Being in my locality and region, any National holiday has already been classified as a ghost town, so today being National Labor Day was no special. I decided to sleep in today. I woke up from bed at around 9:30am. I then went to the bathroom and took a bath. After my bath, I came to phone and started following up on some Affiliate marketing lectures as well as implementing them.
It took me a while but I was finally done with that part of my daily schedule by 11:30am. Then I realized the banging noises from outside had stopped because the construction workers rebuilding the broken fence had gone on break. So, I took a few pictures.
Afternoon.
After a little time had passed, my stomach started grumbling and I was feeling really hungry so I decided to go and cook some jollof rice. I went to the road and bought and bought tomatoes, spices and dried fish from 1 of the stores that managed to open today. In less than 45 minutes, the food was already ready and I dished myself a plate.
I ate the food while watching movies on my laptop. I had just downloaded the final season of Blackish, so I was excited to watch it.
Evening.
Before I knew it, places were already really dark and time was already minutes past 7pm. I was hungry again so I went and dished myself another plate of the jollof rice after I had heated it up. I then went online and started live streaming the NBA playoff match between the Golden State Warriors and the Memphis Grizzlies. This was Game 1 for the Conference Semi Finals series. This match was really heated up and a close game at that too. But the Warriors came out victorious with a 1 point lead.
The match was definitely not an easy one with the dependable stars of the Memphis Grizzlies; Ja Morant and Jarrett Jackson Jr coming out with 34 points and 33 points respectively. But despite the Grizzlies' efforts, the Warriors came out with the win with the Jordan Player of the Game being Jordan Poole with 31 points, 9 Assists and 8 rebounds and all these made his new Career highs. Big night for Jordan Poole!
After the match finished, I continue watching my movie while using my phone and then later on fell asleep.
