Diary Game of 25-11-2024.Lets Work Together

All in a days work wasn't the case when I stood against the work load I had on Monday which was the day of renovations. I had made requests to the landlord for some renovations in my house and he finally granted me with the request I asked for and sent in a man who deals with such things to do the work and I was to be his assistant for that day. I'll be willing to let you in on what I went through and the things I learned from him.

How my day went

Believe it or not this job wasn't as easy as it sounds, I woke up very early so as to prepare the house, I had to cover the chairs with clothes, make sure water is made available and then when he came, we started working by hitting the walls to make holes in them which will later on be covered with cement and tiles. So the things we needed were;

• Water
• Cement that is normal cement and tile cement
• The wall tiles
• Manpower which was me and the technician.

Those were the main requirements for the job and we had all of them except for the cement yet which was locked up in the gate downstairs. It made it difficult to start early despite the fact that we planned it to be so. After a long search we finally set eyes on a way into the compound downstairs and took out 2 big bags o

When the work began I became nothing but a spectator after all I had done the needful for the time being, water was sorted out, the walls has been prepped, the only thing I couldn't do was put up the tiles reason why I had to be a spectator. Spectating comes too with observing and reading the room, seeing that small needs are catered for. When water gets finished I fetch more.

Hours pasted and we saw progress but we were hungry so he went to eat and so did I what I got was sliced meat then got bread and chocolate later. I was so hungry that I had almost finished eating before I realized that I had to save a picture for you. This is a common mistake I make especially when the hunger is too much. After the short break we resumed work and this time it was to finish it completely or at least most of it.

We had worked the whole day and had finished the part which was mostly ruined, and we started the next one in the same parlor. This took us until the evening which wasn't easy to work since we couldn't see well in the dark because there was no power. This in mind he has to hurry with the work and made sure he was on his way home.

After the work was done I had to clean up the house and it wasn't easy sweeping dust from all corners of the house and throwing it outside where it belonged. I almost developed catarrh from this work out of over inhaling dust from the work. I finished at 7pm and took my bathe to wash off the dust and then made me dinner. Dinner and a movie is a luxury I can boost if especially in this black out.

The dinner was finished and what was left is the sleep I most desired and deserved which I went forth to acquire. I'll be seeing you soon for more adventures of Bongk Keep a lookout for me.
