Steem greetings all the way from the motherland-Cameroon to fellow steemitians and foodies on the platform. Food is one thing that man cannot do without. The most important thing about food is that we should eat healthy food and stay away from the doctor.

People's healthy lifestyles are determined by the choices of food they consume. Growing up with my mom, I was taught that the best way to eat healthy food is to prepare your meals to be sure of what you consume. From there I developed a passion for cooking and staying away from junk food.

Nonetheless, some people prefer fast food or order from restaurants each time they are in the mode to eat.

Today, I am hosting series 03 to see the chefs on the platform sharing diverse food recipes, especially traditional dishes. Others might as well learn new healthy habits from other users' participation. Better still other authors might review some good restaurants where they placed orders for their daily foods.

There exist different cooking methods, and different ingredients and I think in every dish, there is a history. We will like to see this demonstrated in the entries. You might as well take a video of yourself doing the magic in the kitchen and upload it in your contest post.

• Why do you like this particular meal?
• Mention the ingredients used and step by step process of preparing this meal.
• Is there any history behind this particular meal?
• What is the nutritional value of this meal?
