The Diary Game 3: Betterlife with Steem [01/06/2023] // Curation with steemcurator08, running errands.

Steem greetings fellow Steemitians, and welcome to my blog as I share my diary entry with you all. It has been a hectic week for me trying to put things together for a short holiday with my kids to Limbe. I had lots of errands to run around and my office work shifted from day to night time because of my busy schedule within the day.

I slept late around 3:00 AM, and got up at 6:00 AM since my daughter has not been going to school. Since she completed her exams, I took advantage of her to stay at home in order for me to get enough time and run my errands. I had programmed myself to buy some food items I will be traveling with. I equally needed to collect the birthday T-shirts and the magic tea cups (souvenirs for my sister-in-law and family from the USA.

I started the day with curation with the steemcurator08 account as one of the community curators for June. I had to go through different communities, and blogs and sort out posts that respected Steemit rules and Team 5 guidelines for June. Curation with this account was done in phases and the first phase lasted for about 3 hours.

After curation, I prepared breakfast, and make sure my kids take their breakfast before I leave the house. I left the house for the market to buy things I'm traveling with. While at the market, the sun was unbearable, and I had to look for somewhere at my cousin's place to seat for a while and rest.

While seated there, I was chatting with the guy at the documentation to confirm if he has printed the t-shirts and the cups. He said he is still waiting for me to confirm the designs before he can do the printing. I requested he should send the sample designs via WhatsApp because I could not come to his office at the moment. He send the samples and I confirmed for him to do the printing.

From the market, I passed by the documentation to check the printed T-shirts and magic tea cups. He was still to print the order and I took a taxi back home. While at home, I had to prepare dinner as it was about 4:00 PM. I had to boil plantains for us to eat with ndole I prepared the previous day.

After eating, I took a cold shower because the heat was too much for me to bear. I napped for about an hour and then continued the second phase of the curation process with the steemcurator08 account.

Later on, had a chat with my sister in the western region of Cameroon. She was telling me about her daughter’s performance in school. She did so well and her graduation from nursery to 1st grade was good. She equally sends me a picture of her daughter on her graduation day via WhatsApp.

My day ended with me struggling between sleep and curation. I had to fill out the spreadsheet online for easy weekly reporting. I could not hesitate to go to bed at about 12:00 AM to rest for a while before facing the errands for the next day. We will be traveling by bus on Saturday and I need to rest well before embarking on 9 hours journey on Saturday. Until my next diary session, a happy weekend in advance to all ✌️✌️.
