Good evening @everyone. Happy weekend and I hope you enjoyed your day because I did. Welcome to my diary and stay tuned as I walk you through how I spent my day.
I woke up at 7:40am, previous night I told my husband that I needed to sleep longer since it's the weekend and he agreed. So when my kids woke up early, he went to stay in their room so they don't disturb me. Infact it was my baby of 6months who woke me at the time I woke up. Quickly went to make his meal and fed him and the toddlers came around and we played for some time then I heated water and bath them, also had my bath.
At about 11 am I brought out beans Porridge from the fridge and warmed and mixed a cup of garri and I ate with the kids
Did the dishes when we were done and kept that of my husband for when he will be ready to eat his.
At 12:30pm I went to the kitchen to boil some chicken and beef and fried them, then I made a big pot of stew that will last up to 10 days. It helps ease with the morning school runs since I cook everyday and trying to manage my time in the mornings.
I also made corn meal (fufu) and packaged in the food warmer to be eaten with egusi soup for dinner
At about 2pm I was really tired and had to go sleep but the heat was unbearable as baby and I were sweating so much. Quickly on the inverter fan and it blew so fresh air so we rested well.
In the evening I woke up and prepared,went for home cell fellowship and when we came back home, warmed our soup and ate with swallow
Hubby helped with the dishes while I bath the kids and they played more before calling it a day. Set them to sleep and came to my room to do same. And this was how I spent my beautiful Saturday. Thank you for reading and see you tomorrow. Sending love from my axis.
