Good day my fellow steemians. I bring you greetings from my abode with lots of love. Hope you all are doing good. I just want to share how I spent my day with you all and I promise it's going to be concised.
I woke up at 5:44am, said my prayers and headed to the kitchen. Picked some beans and put in pot and allowed it to cooked very well after par boiling it. Added other ingredients and packaged in our food warmers. Made tea and served with bread for the kids breakfast. I quickly bath the baby and myself, prepared and went to the facility where I volunteer. I was part of those who gave health talk to our clients on adherence to their medications.
At the end of the clinic, I noticed we had about 15 patients who didn't come for their medications, I quickly checked their folders to get a contact number and put a call across them to inquire why they missed their appointments, then all responses was documented in the register.
The sun has really been so hot lately so I have always made sure I am fully hydrated and I move around with a flask filled with cold water. At about 2:30pm, I left the facility with my baby and we came home, rested for a while, then went to the kitchen to prepare our dinner.
I made tuwo (from white maize) with dried okro soup, dished for the family and we ate together, did the dishes, cleaned up and had our bath,said our prayers and retired to bed.
