The Diary Game : 12/10/2021

Good evening my fellow steemians hope we all had a great day full of fun and happiness. I will be sharing with you guys how I spend my my Tuesday.

MORNING

Tuesdays in my area has always been Mondays due to the political crisis, but as confident as I was about having a zero program for the day I woke up at 6:30 am. I made my prayers brushed my teeth and left for sports at 7:18 am...

I was late for sports and never really had the time to take a beautiful picture of nature like I used to. Anyone could count the number of people who came out for sports, in deed it was a working day and many people had activities to carry out for the day.

Then I opened the health app on my phone and timed my self as I started working out. I practical ran for 4 kilometers round the football field which wasn't an easy task as I ran at an extra stady speed, and walk for another 4 kilometers making a total of 8km from the field to E. N. S STREET and back home.

I came back tired washed my sports clothes entered the bathroom and had a bath.

I must say carrying out sporting exercises before the start of the day is a good thing to practice. It helps in the constant and easy circulation of blood in the human boddy. Also it help in the relaxation of the brain 🧠 and makes you look less stressful.

AFTERNOON

Later in the afternoon I visited a neighbor downstairs and we played video games and watched movies for hours on his TV.

We later on felt like eating some Achu, so we went to the closet restaurant around the corner.
A plate of Achu cost 1000cfa for an extra piece chicken and njama-njama and 700cfa with no chicken and njama-njama.
Looking at our financial situation we went for tge 700cfa plate.

After we had finished eating, we went back home and started discussing as we sat at the front yard of the cité till places got dark.
