Today i will like to share with us on how we can handle stigma.
Stigma is anything that places a label on a person, an idea, or a situation. The society in which we live in now is so good at making situations really bad, it is now left for you if you choose to be moved by things you cannot change or not. If you find yourself living in stigma, then you can try any of this therapies.
Do not be too hard on yourself
We do not have the power to change what has already happened, but we can correct it. So rather than blaming yourself and being hard on yourself try to correct the way things are being done, so that the same things will not repeat.
Talk to someone
I know talking to someone may be very hard, especially when you need support from that person, but you much have to try. Keeping things all to yourself may cause you severe health condition, and mind you that you must be wise in choosing those you talk to.
Don't let people define, because you know your self better than any other person
