Greetings freinds, hope we are all in good health. Today i will like to share with us on how we can start a great day, i hope we find this useful.
I want us to know that there is a manner in which we are suppose to do things, and if things are not done that way, they might go wrong. This is the same with how we start our day. Quickly i we share with us some tips on how we can start our day and which will help us to improve on our mental health.
- We best known how our day will look like on normal bases, so it is important to rise up from bed at least 1 hour 30 minutes before when our normal daily activities may start. For example if you are a worker, and you are expected to be at your work side at 8, try as much as you can to wake up at most at 6:30 so that you will be able to prepare and be on time.
- It is also important to have at least 10 minutes of your morning period to meditate as this well help to prepare you mentally and some how spiritually.
- Read any of your favorites books, this may be the Bible, or other religious book. This will help you prepare your spiritual man.
- Have a cup of beverage with at least 10% of caffeine example tea, coffee, or maybe so other vegetables and fruit drinks. This will help stimulate your organs and and your brain.
- Do some excises such as jogging, lift up, and even yoga depending on which one will be convenient for you.
- Have a healthy breakfast. This will depend on some factors such as age, occupation, and health condition.
- Stay positive this is very important. It is needless to do all of the above without being positive on hope your day will go about.
