Today I will like to share with you a little about evaluation of money.
Money is much more into everything in our life than any other item.
Without money you are good as death, when I talk of money am not talking or you haven’t by much or you been rich I mean having that that can sustain you .
Money can be anything but the value people give it that’s what makes it money.
I wander how trading was done because of the way I see things now our day.
Money have moved from car stages over the years ,thanks to the great money new who have been thinking on how to better the work.At the beginning of civilization trade by barter was introduced as a system of trading.
Trade by barter (bartering)
Trade by barter is the act of trading which deals with exchange of goods and services.
This was the earlier system of money which did not have any real value because an exchange can be done with two goods with two different value for example exchanging a cow for a table and it time chopping because you having a cow and needed a table,there was no ready market for anything you need to start going round looking for someone that need your good and have what you have.From this system money moved to metallic form.
Metallic money
This idea started in China where they have to cast objects onto bronze and used them as coin,later the shapes of this coin where not all that good they change them and start with the circle shape of coins.Then other metallic coins like gold,copper,silver etc where used.using this metal coin where to heavy and due to other reasons they he idea of paper money stepped in
Paper money
Paper money which is very common ,was first known in China to reduce the heavy and large amount of metallic coin carried around for trading and today we have many different paper currencies across the world from paper money the idea of credit money came in.
Credit money
The act of depositing money in banks and using cheaque in trading .
Plastic money
Deal with credit cards and debit cards.
Cryptocurrency
This is another form of money which are binary data which is used as a medium of exchange it’s fast growing now in the world example of cryptocurrency we haven’t my bitcoin, steem etc with all this changes from one form to another the others are been mortified and are still much in use,even the system of barter is still in use for example exchanging a pair of shoe with a friend to get some thing else .
