I arrived at the village in the evening. My grandma was dressing the chicken with spices, and my aunty was in the swamp that evening watering my grandma's little garden she does plant different types of vegetables. My younger cousins went to the stream to fetch water. So I assisted my Grandma in preparing dinner since I was the only female granddaughter In the house.
The food was done and all the children gathered their plates. I stepped out with my elder cousins to the head bridge to buy bush meat and soft drinks then on my way, I took a Selfie of myself. When we returned, my aunty was busy preparing jellof rice, so we could use it with the chicken my grandma prepared.
I went to my grandma's room to carry what I bought for her on my way to the village, just to discover my cousins had eaten the long bread, I told my grandparents about it, minute later my aunty was done preparing the rice.
The food was shared as we all ate it with chicken and bush meat. I enjoyed the food. After dinner, I went outside with my younger cousins to take pictures so I could share them on Steemit. But to no avail, we did nothing out, the picture was so dark despite the solar light shining outside. So I had to take my bath before looking for where to sleep.
