How to Manage Work and Home Life as a Mother.

Greetings dear steemians and happy weekend to everyone. In today's writeup, i will be giving tips on how ladies can manage their homes as workers. To begin with, women are the strongest emotional Being God created on planet earth. In our community we notice that majority of the women that have kids be it married or single struggle by all cost to get something doing or economically empower themselves per say. That not withstanding, they still have alot of commitments at home.

In our normal day to day lives, home chores are obligatory to carryout daily. If you are a mother and still has a job the first thing that you need to do is to come out with a work plan. Draft a daily time table on the to do things and make sure you do not over do. Where you get tired relax or try to get some rest. It is noticed in our today's community that, 85% of women are going through high stress level, why? This is because their partners vehemently refuse to help them in doing some of the household chores or cater for the kids. Come to think of it, you as a man goes to work, she goes to work as well. But you expect her to take care of you, the kids, and the home all alone. It is not easy and is as well heart breaking seeing women go through this alone. Work life balance is great for a woman, her home and the children.

When children reach the schooling age, it is advisable for the mother or parents to always make sure a child goes to school with a lunch box no matter how demanding the job is. And when she comes back home, make sure you go through her book, listen to her talk about everything she wants to air out. Listening with keen attention enables the parent understand exactly what went on in school and keeps her updated of her child's wellbeing no matter her busy schedule.

Furthermore, if you are a breast-feeding mother, or the baby is still very young that you can't admit him/her in a school yet, make sure you plan ahead of time inorder to prepare the child's milk or food. This will give you confidence of what the baby ingests in your absence. In cases where you can afford a nanny, make sure she is right for your family, make sure she will be available when need arises, check if she is experienced in child's care, look into her background and qualification, lastly follow-up or show up unexpectedly to make sure she goes along well with the child or children.

In conclusion, it is not easy to be a mother and a worker at thesame time especially when all the work is on you the woman. Husbands should work hard on helping their partners with home chores and catering of their children inorder to maintain a pure and happy environment.
