There are times where your emotions get the best if you or they are times where your mood swings really just go rouge and you try so hard to calm down but to no avail.
For me I have serious mood swings😂 and sometimes turn to not speak this anyone I easily get angry and sad. Am a huge fan of music so when I have mood swings I have different songs to calm me down(to appease the Gods😂) music is my life partially because and a dancer and a model but with music u just can't explain the feeling it's like your in your world. I've once heard a saying that a person playlist you know what the person loves .
So with me when am angry I listen to hard music with hard beats so I can dance n forget and sometimes when m sad I listen to interpretive music so I can feel motivated and shake off the sadness and wen m happy 😂😂 it's old school for..
So its amazing how music changes your mood it can lead to innovative and creative ideas and ideas which can change your life.🤗🤗
