The Diary Game: 09/05/2021-MOTHER'S DAY

Hello!! Thanks for stopping by today to read my daily diary post. This one here is a special one for me😄

MORNING
I woke up early in the morning at about 5:30am in the morning and I prayed. I really enjoyed an amazing time of fellowship with God. By 6:30am I ironed my dresses and I took a bath. My little sister and I took a car from bambili to mile 4 to attend church there with my mum. By 8:30am service started and the message was going on. In my mind I was calculating how to celebrate my mum. I really taught of what I could do for her to make her happy on mother's day. Sincerely I had only about 5000frs on me. So finally the service got finished at about 12pm due to alot of activities by the women. But in my heart I desperately needed to celebrate her in a grand style.
Let me share alittle story with you why my mum is really precious to me. I remember when I was in buea and was seriously sick she left from bamenda and came to buea and spend a whole week taking care of me. I remember how she would spend the whole night praying for me.
There is nothing better than a praying, loving and caring mum. She has always looked out for me countless times.

This is just one story that makes my heart beat for her. This gesture was a show of love for me. Her work didn't stop her neither did her job she sacrificed her all her errands to attend to me.😭

AFTERNOON
So I made up my mind to try my best in celebrating her therefore after service I took her to a barbeque site and both her some pork and juice lol. That was the little I had but I made sure I spend all on her. She is worth it. I just wish I could do more for her. However what I gave her was from my heart and am happy she recognised that gesture

The smile on her face made me emotional. I almost cried 😅. But I was so happy that she felt proud and happy to be called a mum.

EVENING
By 3:30pm my mum and I went back home.
At 4:30pm I went to attend the wedding Ceremony of a good friend and an amazing elder brother too, Apostle Nwoteh Momboy. The wedding took place at the full gospel Bible school.
I finally went home at about 7:30pm. And I decided too call it off a day. I was so tired and I had to rest too

I finally slept at 9:30pm. It was an amazing day for me and my family indeed it was a special day.
