If hard work pays, then consider what smart work can do.

Have you ever considered how it feels like to use the least amount of time to do work that is both qualitative and quantitative? How will it look like if you restraint time, then work in a flexible, effective and efficient way? If hard work pays off, then smart work is best.

Creativity as the mother of all inventions is a product of smart thinking, and a fundamental principle of management. Great managers and entrepreneurs were not born great, they spent most of their time processing the possibilities of accomplishing great things in the least time possible. Knowing what you have to do before engaging into doing it serves your time and energy.

The future is never secured through hard work, because the strength of everyone runs out. Scalability brings productivity. But it takes the mind to scale the dimensions for change to affect the actions of the people involved.

What if a software engineer restraint the best time to developed a complex software, will he by this reduce the time spent on hardware maintenance, thereby effecting productivity?

What if Steemit Blockchain solves the trilemma challenge by allowing every Blockchain user with Steem Power in the system to participate in choosing and voting for block transaction? Won't we have a more secured, scalable and decentralized social Blockchain network?

A wise man once said,

"I choose a lazy person to do a hard job because a lazy person will find an easy way to do it.”- Bill Gates

Steemit users may do a greater job and scale the network more than the 21 witnesses that are voted to do the block transactions business.

What if every Steemian stop doing everything possible to get upvotes from booming, curator1, 2 or whatever account and start building individual SP that will increase the value of Steem in the market?

What if Steemit communities members stop holding power, but rather delegate it all to community accounts and curation trails, than holding power and being less productive in the ecosystem? Won't it be wise to allow for a centralized system rather than a system where those with much Steem Power influence the reward pool in the art of curating content, but are less effective and efficient in the process?

To sum it all up, I believe in a better Blockchain network. I believe in a better Steem Cameroon. I believe in the ability of teamwork, especially the successes and scalability that accompanies smart thinkers. We are a team that can do a lot in less time, if we start thinking more than we act. Success accrue to those who position themselves in the path of the successful.

Let us stop working hard to succeed, smart work pays off.
