The Diary Game - 30th April 2024 [Visiting A Friend And My First Day As An Apprentice]

Hello there, my fellow steemit friends. Hope you all are doing fine. Wishing you all a wonderful week ahead. In my article today, I will be writing about My Diary Game.

How My Day Went

My First Day As An Apprentice

It's the last day in the month of April. Waking up today, I was happy seeing the last day in the month of April. All thanks to God. Today really went well. I did my morning chores and I was happy I will be visiting my new work place. As a student of the University Of Uyo, i decided to learn a skill and that skill was barbing.

At My Friend's Place

Before visiting my new work place, i decided to visit a friend of mine who is also my coursemate. Reason being that he wanted to show me a newly built apartment ready for renting by students. It was a self contained apartment. A Self Contained Apartment includes a room, a kitchen and a toilet.

The rooms where very beautiful and still under construction.

After visiting my friend. I was headed to my new work place. The name of my workplace is Celebrity Parlour located along Wellington Bassey Way in Uyo, Akwa Ibom State, Nigeria. I was really happy when I got there. I meet a lot of people there.

I meet my fellow mates who are apprentice as well. They welcomed me and they showed me around. I was surprised to see girls who are learning how to barb.

After some time, I started watching hoe they barb. While watching, I asked some questions about things I don't understand. Some minutes later, my boss came in and assembled all the apprentice.

He gave each of us a partner and he told us to barb ourselves. I was really surprised. I was told not to barb since I am just resuming. I was amazed when my boss told a girl to barb my hair. I did not expect that. I had to sit and watch her barb my hair. After some time she was done and my boss told her she did a great job. I thanked her and we became friends. I later went outside to view my new haircut.

Staying there, I learned a lot though it was my first day experience. Later in the evening, I told my boss that I will be going and he told me to be punctual tomorrow.

Conclusion
