It's a great saying. When I say great, I don't mean that it sounds great, but it also works great in life. A few years ago, I wrote about how apples are undervalued in our lives.

But it's not just about apples. When a person eats healthily and engages in some physical activity, he will always be a healthy person.
I have learned from my own experience that a sedentary lifestyle and eating unhealthy foods do not lead to anything good. For a long time, I also led such an unhealthy lifestyle and I would never want to return to the state I once was in. I used to look for the "meaning of life" and how to be happy. I found a person on the internet who said, "to be happy, you just need movement and a healthy diet." I'll tell you, he was right.
A varied and healthy diet and exercise (I think 3-4 times a week is quite enough) is the key to the best version of yourself and a good life. For example, I work out in the gym 3-6 days a week. It depends on how my day goes. I also have a lot of responsibilities and a small child at home. The gym is very helpful for a bad mood or depression. I also try to walk in the woods at least three times a week. There is more ozone in the forest. It works perfectly on the body. In addition, as we still walk in the woods without shoes, it is even more healthy for the body through the magnetic field of the Earth.
There are many more ways to feel good. You can do yoga, and run. These things are plenty. The most important thing is that everyone should sub something for themselves. But number one is a healthy diet. It's also important to eat 500 grams a day of vegetables and oats. Our body needs to have vitamins. When we have vitamins, our body is happy. When our body is happy = we are happy.
I think anyone who wants to lead a healthy lifestyle should do these activities during the day. I know it will be hard at first because I've had it too. The body after some time will begin to get used to and all the health benefits that we get from this will push us further and further. All you have to do is want to.

Your right not just eating healthy is enough but also having healthier lifestyle and some physical activities for maintaining good lifestyle.
Should not sit for longer time at least should have some excercise so we can burn the extra glucose we storing in our muscles.
