Renovation is very important factor in human life but we failed to be doing it.
Another one should be maintance culture which makes us to forget about some structures after building or our living room and house.
So seeing you renovating yours house makes me to understand that you really like a good thing and the spirit of maintance culture is in you.
What you are doing as you shows here in steemit platform under steem Cameroon Community is what government officials lack during their regime, they doesn't want to renovates any old structures or even do maintance of the old ones but continue building new structures just to embezzling funds using the project.
