It is another day and a challenging week as we gradually move into the month's end. It is one of my busy periods of the month, as I have put a lot together. Starting from finances, to completion of monthly objectives. Every month has its goals, and it is never easy to complete these objectives. We are almost halfway into the year, and reviewing the past couple of months is important.
I got up from the bed as early as 4 am. I had my laundry to complete before going straight to my morning workout. After my morning workout, I took my bath and prepared for work. By 7:45 am, I was ready and off for work. I got to the office and called my client who I was going to drop the invoice. I prepared the invoice and receipt for the first payment. Printed one copy each, signed and stamped for delivery.
I had my usual cup of coffee, and this time with Soyabean balls. Rich breakfast and can take you all day. After my cup of coffee, I drove to the client's office. I noticed from the explanation they gave, that we have to go for another job. Immediately in the absence of their boss, we started working on their website. They have been managing their content, which has been challenging for them in some sections.
We worked for over four hours, and by the time I came back to the office. I was tired and decided not to go on my PC and sat and chat. A lot has been happening in my country, which has kept the youth and social media active. Football has been the most loved game in Cameroon in the past couple of days. There was a fight between the Sports and Physical Education and the president of FECAFOOT. Both parties have two separate documents backing their actions. The Ministry of Sport and Physical Education decision is backed by a convention signed in 2015, while FECAFOOT is backed by the 2014 degree signed by the president of the republic. While youths have been emotional about what is going on given that in 10 days the national team will be playing World Cup-qualified matches.
While the Ministry of Sport and Physical Education and FECAFOOT are trying to find common ground. I closed for the day and rushed home to watch the UEFA Europa Conference League final between Olympiacos and Florentina. It was a good game to watch, as it will be the first-ever European final for the Greek team Olympiakos.
It was an interesting game, Florentina is a good team this season. Coming this far, they deserved to be at the final and winning it. Unfortunately, Olympiacos scored in the 118 minute during the extra time of the game. That is how Olympiacos won their first European Cup. At the end of the game, I reluctantly carried myself to bed and ended my day.
