Hello to the steem cameroon community, accept my warm greetings, I hope everyone is doing well here. For me, I am doing well. I am happy to write on this post titled Food.

Food is anything that is comestible and provides you with nutrients in other for you to have energy to live a healthy life.

Achu meal

Since the creation of the world Humans till date always work to have food for consumption, without food you cannot have a healthy life. It went to an extent that people created jobs around food, like diet coach where they follow the diet monitoring, creating and opening restaurants, nowadays opening fast foods.
When we say food is related to health and emotion there is a good reason for that. Some people may have heartbreak the outcome may be that they will eat a lot thereby taking weight or reduce their eating rate thereby losing weight, or even stress up you lost your appetite consequently you know the effect on your health.

What is funny is that on this earth there are two different worlds; those who have abundant food and those who don’t have enough food to sustain their lives. Why this difference I don’t know.

For me, I’ve decided to enjoy life to its fullest. There are some days that I will not have food to eat but there will be days that I will have enough and I have the opportunity to share I do because food tastes better when you share.

There is a Cameroonian proverb that says:

No matter the difficulties that you are going through. Eat first.

I love food and you do you?
