Greetings! Greetings! Stemians from the Steem Cameroon community, it is another wonderful week to explore the world through others' thoughts and creativity, which we have been challenged to write about.

Before continuing, I hope all my great writers are doing well in their respective homes; for me, I am doing well. I am @fonjougiresse from Cameroon, the Cradle of Humanity. Today’s topic is "Gender Visibility and Equality".

Based on my understanding of the rights and obligations, women and men have the same rights, both specific and general.

But to the greatest surprise, men and women are different, both physiologically and morphologically. Let me take this example to illustrate this.
*Consider three tribes: A, B, and C.
In tribe A, there are more men than women,
In tribe B, there are as many men as women.
In tribe C there are fewer men than women.
There is war and we send equal men and women in all the tribes (considering that there is equal loss of genders in the three community). After the war, we notice that there are very few women in tribe A; in tribe B, the quantity of women is the same; and in tribe C, of course, the number of women even with the losses is still higher than that of men.

It will be observed that the tribe that will continue to maintain its succession will be tribe C because there are more women who can reproduce. While tribe A will instead notice a fall in population because of the limited number of women, in tribe B there will be neither growth nor decline because the numbers are the same for men and women.

The major reason for the results is that women are the only gender who can bear life. I will use this small experiment to answer the questions below.

How can you help your community forge a gender-equal wold?

With the advancement of the world and technology, not only men but also women are capable of using modern technology and devices. It will be helpful to have an equal number of men and women as administrators in a community (that is, if there are 3 male modes, there should also be 3 female modes), and also to have lunch contests that target the whole population.

Can celebrating International Women’s Day increase visibility and equality?

For me, Women’s Day is not more necessary because nowadays women have equal rights with men. Originally the purpose of women’s day was to value women because before there were some jobs that was not meant for women, and education was only for men, but today there is no discrimination in post and education due to gender.

Are the feminist fight and the Women’s Right the same?

That is absolutely two different things. Feminism is about the way men treat women since women have the same rights as men. The society has become so difficult that women are no longer cared for as they were in the past, and feminism wants that care to be returned.

What do you say about women in top positions?

What I think of them is that they simply do their jobs well. Let us take the example of @chant in the Steemit community; she is the country representative of Cameroon. Not only to mention she alone, there are many other steemians who also perform well, like @joanna and @nahela. They are great women on the Steemit platform. Not only them, we have great ladies in our country who do outstanding jobs like Judith Yah Sunday known as Camtel’s Iron Lady, Mami Nyanga, the Business Guru, Rebecca Enonchong who is an influential tech figure in Cameroon.

What makes a Good Leader (Gender or Merit)?

Obviously, it is about merit, not gender. There are some women who perform so well that their leadership position is not to be questioned. I will take the teaching field as an example. The class prefects of Form 1 to Form 4 are all girls, and the system of the school is that the best students are to be class prefects. This simply illustrates the merit. To conclude with the experiment in the introduction, women are so different yet so important that the world will not survive if there are too few. Tribe C was the perfect example.

Thank you for your kind attention, and I would like to invite @rucci, @lhorgic, and @patjewel to take part in the contest. It was fun...

Stay blessed

No problem @rucci just take part in the contest and I will guide you.

You have done well my friend...
You gave a great scenario when explaining your role in improving gender-equality in your community. You also cited some remarkable and graceful female leaders on steemit who are worth celebrating. You stressed the fact that merits is a good prerequisite for good leadership and not gender. Goodluck in the challenge. May the best contestant win the challenge #steem-on
