Very happy to be able to take part in this interesting contest, Thank you @steem-cameroon for holding a contest about 'Desperation', a simple theme but very difficult to express because of the various feelings in it, there are hard, happy, difficult, happy, tears, tired and also depression are all in a life rope. If we let despair run in the blood, it can destroy us. We must believe and strive for whatever we do in this life, self-motivation, optimism and positive thinking are the biggest capital so that we are not on the path of despair.

What you understand by Desperation Define in your own words

Despair is a trait where at that time there is no longer any direction in life and the brain stops thinking. Whereas humans were created to think and should not give up in life and must always be optimistic about whatever will happen to us. Desperation keeps us from recognizing what is good and bad, body and mind both fighting and succumbing to the same point.

Despair has brought a lot of misery in life even though life is the greatest gift of God that God has given us. Desperate people only want one thing and that is death. Death caused by ungratefulness to the divine, they assume that the problem will not end and death is the one who will heal the despair. The world suicide death rate reached 700 thousand people in 2019 and this is already very severe.

How we deal with the problem of feelings of decision is by looking at our potential. When something like this happens to us, then when it has started, we must be able to discuss with ourselves, there are several ways to make this despair not happen;

1. Surrender to the Owner
2. If you want to cry then cry
3. Go to a place that has a positive aura (a place that is interesting and we like) such as a place of study, a garden full of beauty, and a holiday.
4. Believe in yourself
5. A lot of interaction with people around or friends

These points will not be perfect without some effort on our part. We have to start with ourselves, and the smallest day. We can even start a positive life by forming a good and healthy diet because believe it or not, food is a source of energy and mind, *** in a healthy body there is a healthy mind ***.

Have you ever been in a desperate situation before?

Until now I have never experienced severe depression, the despair that came within me was only limited to feeling that there was something wrong that I had to fix. But when the lowest point in my life crossed my mind, I immediately complained to the owner of the universe, I asked him for directions until when I prostrated, the blood flow that does not flow to one of the brain vessels will result in the deadlock of the mind and pump blood to the heart. also not stable until the moment of prostration the blood flow will flow perfectly so that the mind that is stuck will be healthy.

Never ever feel hopeless let alone have to end your life for things that are not important. Life is very long to go through and very precious, we must respect it because otherwise no one will be able to appreciate it.

Life is not a play to watch
Not even a puppet on stage
Life and love side by side
Like fire with wood, which will ignite each other
Raindrops fall on the taro leaves
He's teary but doesn't fall, he stays calm even when the wind shakes

Desperation only brings suffering
Come on, wake up and wake up to understand the meaning of awareness
A long road that ends there
It's not a road you have to go

Despair is a symbol of adversity
Fall and fall on the smoldering fire
You don't have to come to accompany him
Destiny has been determined
It's just how you will deal with it
Optimistic or pessimistic, which path do you choose
