Hello to everyone on this platform. As it goes in life too much of everything is a disease. Today I will be talking about the disadvantages of eating too much of red meat. Red meat can be found in beef, pork game and organs of animals.
Consuming too much of red can cause one to have diabetes, coronary heart disease, stroke, gout and certain cancers.
- Coronary heart disease: this is a term used to describe what happens when your heart's blood supply is blocked or interrupted by a buildup of fatty substances in your coronary artery. This blockage my little abnormal blood circulation problems.
- Gout: gout is a form of inflammatory arthritis that results from an excess of uric acid in the blood it is marked by painful joints which are often swollen.
The good quantity of red meat to consume is at least 6 ounces per week which is 1 to 2 servings all about 170.097g a week same as 0.17 kg per week.the consumption of more than these units of red meat per week might lead to these diseases.
I'm seriously considering becoming a vegetarian. Thank you for the reminder through your post
