CREATIVE WRITING | HOW TO DEAL WITH GUILT PART 2

Hello I hope you're all doing great! It's another day for me to expound on something I thought very necessary for us all. If I were to give this a title, I'd say it is THE WORK OF GRACE

Ephesians 2:8-10
[8]For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God:
[9]Not of works, lest any man should boast.
[10]For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them.

So on Your Own, You Cannot please God
If you think it is by your strength you are being Made right with God then think again.

Haven't you Noticed that Everytime you think it's by your strength that you've stayed clean all through no Immorality or stealing etc and you start glorifying yourself, when you fall, you feel like you can't go back to God??

Yes that Law that works in the Mind and the Body obeys it, even as a believer, that law can still work in you if you are striving to justify your righteousness before God by your works...

Let's take Prayer for example...
If you think it's your 8 hours per week that makes you right with God.
Think again...
Haven't you noticed that the moment you get so choked up with Work, and you can't match up, you start feeling guilty? That same guilt we talked about last time. You started operating under Law again

How many Of us believers have refused to Walk under Grace and everything we are doing we want to make our efforts count In being right before God?? Think again, the answer is so many of us do that.
Grace will make you understand that Just because you couldn't pray 7hours for that week that was too tied up for you and you just came and prayed say 30minutes so you rest for example, does not make you a Sinner
Why??

You did not tie your righteousness to Any prayer length.

You Cannot work anything to be righteous before God! Nothing at all. God gives us the power through Grace in Jesus to do those things. So Sin would never condemn you if you allow yourself to be under the Law of Grace..
It won't be like you're doing God as if He's forcing you . The Lord give us understanding
