Dear Diary,

Waking up this morning at 5am was a lil bit difficult so i woke up at 6am. The sun already showed its face and I knelt down at my bed side and gave my morning sacrifice unto the Lord. After that, all my activities were handed over to Him.

I left from there and had my teeth brushed, washed my face and didn't bother taking a bath coz i had a long line to overcome since I was heading to school to pay my lil sister's fees.
I trekked to the school with my earpice on with my usual spirit filled songs which i sang and danced along and at 8am i was already there! Little did I know that the old procedure had changed, and i now had to pay the PTA fees at the Atlantic Bank.

At Atlantic Bank

I arrived the bank and took 2 forms which i filled quickly and have to the security officer to deposit while i waited for the names to be called for me to pay. While filling the forms i was surprised that the amount to be paid was 25000frs per student. Luckily I left home with 70,000frs. I paid all and got out of the bank immediately while texting and guiding @blessinglepahwah in the writing of her best day entry.

At School

Trekked back to school and presented the receipt, paid the fees via Express Union which costed 7700frs.
I succeeded in paying only for one of them since the other one's list was not yet out. I headed to the bursar's office where I presented both receipts and he asked for another 2000frs for medicals and pictures. I wondered what that was for, each parent present kept complaining for the additional 2k.

I left from there having completed task 1 of the journey. I wanted to get back home directly but it was still only 11am so i thought it wise to pass by UBA bank to collect my card after 4months😂 . The reason of the delay was coz they kept saying there was no network bla bla bla.

At UBA bank

I trekked to the bank also and I arrived, filled a form and sat there patiently. I couldn't browse because network in there was really a war. After an hour i was called and news hit me that my account was deactivated because of its inactivity 🤦🏾‍♂️
Oh my! I had to fill another form which led me to fill another form to link my account to my MoMo.

I sat there and waited for another hour, in the course of waiting there was this girl who is a cashier there, she recognized me and called me forth. she was counting these 5k bank notes and fir a moment i thought she was moved to bless me😂 only to hear her say "your face looks familiar to that of a classmate i schooled with in lycée bilingue in upper sixth"
I inquired about the person's name and she said @atechi, i just smiled and said, he's my elder brother. We both laughed and she extended her greetings. I sat back waiting fir them to call for Mr. Nkem😂. Feels nice to be given some respect eh.

Finally the sound of Mr. Nkem was heard, i was given my bank card, and headed next to another office where I set my password.

Back home

Finally i left the bank and trekked back home as fast as I could because rain was threatening to fall. I arrived home and got myself some garri and cornchaff which i diminished real quickly. I was so tired and exhausted.

I finished eating and my brother came in from his own journeys hahaha. We sat and discussed till it was 8pm, dad wasn't back yet and he asked me to snap him so he could do his intro post on steemit.

Immediately I got up to snap him, the lights went out hahaha was so strange but I still took the picture in the dark. I thank God for good camera.

I briefed him a little on steemit and how to write the intro post which he did and posted. Then I added him to the group whatsapp groups.

At the end of it all, dad came back and some mins later i left back for my room at 11pm. Where I only slept at 3am as usual. Thanks for reading through my post and God bless you, Shalom ❤️
