Good day Steemians and movie lovers over here, the Xmas season is here and I am just so In Love with this week movie contest Steem Cameroon Contest - My Short Movie Script: Cartoon Animation (Xmas Season), it is all my pleasure to partake in this contest, just get your pop corn and relax, let me take you on this cinematic experience.

Personally, to me, I see Xmas season to be a period of Love, Christ came and died because of the love He had for humanity, so this season should be a season where love should be replicated through reaching out to the needy as well self-love.

Also, Xmas season also is a period where I have to reunite with my entire family after spending more than 11 months apart, so I seized every opportunity I have this season to reunite with atleast the ones that are within my reach.

Christmas That Heals

• Mr Albert: A generous man who faced misfortune.

• Eneka: Mr Albert's wife.

• Gloria: a young girl who benefited from Mr Albert's Scholarship.

The Xmas season came so soon for Mr Albert, he has always been a very generous man right from time, but it all happened 2023 Xmas season met him at the most lowest time of his life as he had lost his two legs to a ghastly motor accident, he couldn't keep his job anymore as he was now handicapped.

Mr Albert will wakeup everyday only to be carried to the toilet and bathroom then back to his room, this became his month in and month out routine, he was depressed at some point because he won't be able to gift the widows and kids in the town anything for Christmas just like he has been doing before now.

Eneka who was Albert's wife was always beside him, making sure he gets the care he needed. Mr Albert need a whooping sum of 1.8 million naira which is 6016.5 steem to get prosthetic legs so he could get back on his feet but then he had spent all his life savings in the hospital and was left with little to nothing, just depending on his wife's monthly salary to eat.

Mr Albert was still on his wheel chair on the eve of Christmas when he sighted two kids dressing tattered, tears fell of his eyes as he wish he could atleast buy them clothes to change up with but where will he start from? This broke his heart and he couldn't just hold than being sad from morning.

In the evening, everywhere was calm and Mr Albert was still at his balcony, then he sighted a car drove into his fenced but no gate compound. He called on his wife to come check who was behind the wheel of the SUV that just entered his compound, his wife came out and a tall beautiful, slender woman came out of the black SUV, this woman was Gloria.

It turned out that Gloria was one of the orphans that benefitted from Mr Albert's **Scholarship for Orphans program**, they were being sent to **Peru** to study any course of their choice with the tuition being paid upfront as well as accommodation and feeding with a part time job to earn from while studying.

Gloria had came back since 22nd of December so he could come celebrate with her family after so many years of staying abroad, so when she heard of what happened to Mr Albert, she decided to visit him. After seeing and hearing from Mr and Mrs Albert, she was teary and promised to fly Mr Albert abroad for proper surgery and good prosthetic legs to be gotten for him.

She also promised to share gifts in Mr Albert's name on Christmas day as well as making sure she contacts few of her business partners over here so immediately Mr Albert returns from the surgery trip, he will have a job he will be working virtually with. Mr Albert's joy knew no bound as he couldn't appreciate Gloria much.

The most interesting part was that Mr Albert's children will not have to stay at home anymore as they have gotten an instant scholarship in Gloria's own school in Peru. Everything happened in a day and Mr and Mrs Albert couldn't just believe their eyes.

Mr Albert could see once again Christmas gifts being given to the widow and children just as he has been doing. The Albert foundation for Orphanage scholarship was funded once again by Gloria and even extended it to the next community.
