THE DIARY GAME: BLESSED SUNDAY 18/06/2023

Goodmorning wonderful Steemians, I am here to share with you how my Sunday went and to as well read from you. Recall that yesterday, I had shared the message that was preached during the service and now I want to tell you how everything went.

As usual, I woke up so excited because I have been looking forward to going to church right from last Monday, so I said my prayers and did a little pushup, then went out to seat and receive the early morning breeze, this was about 6:45am, after spending about 30 minutes outside, I came in to wash the dirty dishes I had used on Saturday night. After washing the dishes, I mopped my kitchen and dressed my bed, cleaned the varender and this took me additional 2hours because I was doing it sluggishly.

After I was done with the cleaning, I went straight to use the bathroom as I was sweating profusely, took my bath and came out and got dressed to church, I left the house at about 8:29am, I was a bit late anyways but not as last Sunday, that means I am improving😂😂. Don't mind me friends, just that I had been attending afternoon service before travelling out of my hometown, adjusting to going to church this early has been a whole lot of struggle to deal with but then, I am trying.

Just when I entered the church premises, I realized it was father's day and I had to stay outside and wished my dad a happy father's day. I went inside the church and it was time for praises, I danced myself out because apart from the fact that last week was blessed with customers, the life I am living is a testimony as well, more reason we should not fail to thank God. If you have to go to the hospital, you will realized how privileged you are to still stay healthy and alive and be witnessing great days. After the praise and worship, I went out to call the lady I invited to church service to know if she was still coming and fortunately for me, she said she was on her way, I was so happy and went back inside the church, the worship session began and I felt the presence of God. After then, the choir gave their rendition and the sermon for the day was delivered afterwards. I shared the message here, you can read up if you don't mind, it will certainly bless your soul.

So after the sermon, prayers were made for the father's so it was their day and as well as the potential father's in the world. Offering was taken afterwards and the grace was shared, the church dismissed at about 11:46am, it was a brief service anyways and I loved it, so I borrowed phone from my sister to take some shots of my self, the new lady I invited to church and my nephew.

Ohh, I forgot to tell you that food were being shared today, courtesy the father's in the church, so I ate to my satisfaction before I left to my house, believe me, I took the food to one corner and was doing a big time justice to it without pitying it.

So I was home at about 1pm, since it was really sunny, I went into the bathroom and took a very cold shower, came out and went straight to bed, I took about 4 hours nap, please don't judge me for sleeping that much, just that Sundays are the only days I get to rest away from work. I woke up around 5:38pm and started preparing what to eat, I prepared afang soup, I would've shared the picture but my phone battery was really down, this the flashlight will be disabled till it is fully charged, since it was dark, I just let it slide.

It took me about an hour to finish preparing the soup and I ate around 7:15pm, went straight to the bathroom to have my evening shower. After bathing, I went outside to stay since my phone battery was down, I stayed out till 8;45pm and I went inside and slept off.
