The Diary Game: Managing An Incomplete Day Monday 29th January 2024

Hello everyone, how are you all doing? One thing I have learnt so far is the ability to take each day just the way they are, Monday seemed to have been a rather incomplete day for me as I never get things I wanted get done, but then, it ended and that was it, just permit me to share in detail how it went.

I wokeup in the morning still thinking about where to get some money to pay my Junior brother's school fee, at the same time pay my house rent and sort out other little disturbing issues, I was just so lost in thought that I never knew it was already 8:15am, gosh, I was really late, I tried everything I could to make sure I left the house for work before 9am, but to no avail, so I finally left the house by 9:30am.

When I got to work, customers weren't coming, not even a single person, I was just bored, days like this are always hard for me, I was just sad all through and couldn't even step outside. I was just praying this kind of day should wrap up so I can just go back home, sleep and forget about some things but trust days like these, the time can be slow, I was only waiting for my work hours to come to an end so I can just go back home.

By 2:15pm, I went outside to stay, I got a call from my boss to arrange another shelve because be was bringing more goods to the shop. So I swung into action, I created enough space just like he asked me to do, I was just so tired so I went outside to relax atleast so I could receive fresh air.

After staying outside till 3:30pm, I went to the tattoo section so I could see the what the tattoo guy was drawing, definitely, be did a great job and the drawing was just so neat, I took a picture of it, then went back to my shop and waited a while till it was 4pm then I closed the shop and went back home.

At home, I took the tuber of yam I had and prepared it with much water so I could take it as that was the only thing I felt like eating and at the same time the easiest to prepare. After eating, I took my bath and stepped out to get some fresh air before coming back to my room.

My day ended as I said some prayers and shared how my Sunday went here on Steem Cameroon. Till my next diary session guys, do take care of yourself and please just stay safe please.
